Our Special Visitor

In the hospitality and catering industry 21% of food waste is from spoilage, 45% from food prep and 34% from customers plates.

We had a very special visitor to welcome to our composting site this month. Her Royal Highness Princess Anne was lovely, very knowledgeable and very interested in what we do and was an absolute delight to show round.
